Ann Blackwell, LEED AP, the founder of Well Built, has long championed the integration of design, commerce and stewardship. From the age of fifteen, Ann was a “shop girl”, navigating the social and financial complexities of retail trade. Over the following twenty five years, Ann honed her passion and skill in marketing, interior design, urban development, fashion - and her true love: furniture. With unbridled spirit, enthusiasm, and belief that, like in chess, every move matters, Ann launched Well Built as a resource for ideas, action, and means to share and shape a better world.
