Founded by brothers Eric and Cory Kuczynski, Maryland based ek living is the embodiment of classic American design and manufacturing. Eco-conscious materials, hand polished steel, dovetailed joints, hydraulic hinges - no detail is left unexamined, and all are readily found throughout the collection. Eric studied industrial design at the University of Michigan, and trained in furniture and interior design at the renowned Lorenzo Di Medici University in Florence, Italy. Cory studied business and finance at Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama.

In 2008 the brothers returned to their hometown to combined talents and launch ek living. With strong appreciation for the community’s history in furniture and textile manufacturing, all ek living designs are made by local craftsmen who have been perfecting their trade for years.
