Classic modern building blocks are at full tilt in the Swagger Collection. Individual bolsters are upholstered with clean stitched lines and bolted together for strength and durability. The precision made steel base is fitted flush to the upholstered seat. Further evidence of ek living’s dedication to quality craftsmanship is the finish available on the steel base: hand polished steel that is as shiny as chrome, but has a far less environmental impact. Founded by brothers Eric and Cory Kuczynski, Maryland based ek living is the embodiment of classic American design and manufacturing. Eco-conscious materials, hand polished steel, dovetailed joints, hydraulic hinges - no detail is left unexamined, and all are readily found throughout the collection. Eric studied industrial design at the University of Michigan, and trained in furniture and interior design at the renowned Lorenzo Di Medici University in Florence, Italy. Cory studied business and finance at Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama.
